Starting with practicing software development in the game industry one big outsourced software project changed into Software Project Management. Learning to deal with customers in hospitality leads the way to manage IT infrastructure projects. While starting to experiment with cloud technologies another big door opened. The fact that there is nearly nothing impossible was so fascinating. Step by step the bridge between software development and operations was able to be built. This brigde is now my main topic. As a husband and father of 2 children i switch nearly flawless between enjoying work with different customers and my endless love to my family.

He started early to be interested in Computers and started at the age of 12 ( around 1990 ) to write software in QuickBasic.
By joining a technical college with a focus on electronics and information technology skills improved into Assembler for micro controller and C++ for personal computers, which led finally to C# nowadays.
Experience in real world application development was collected early in the professional career. He founded 2001 his first company, which creates and sells pos-systems.
This gave also first impression on the loop of feedback and improvement. The pos-system software was highly customer driven developed and rolled out in a small scale.
In the later 2000-years he collaborated on multiple different projects in a broad spectrum. Starting from Orbcomm satellite communication system moving forward to vehicle can-bus data collection and fleet management towards loyalty and online payment. This ended up on the award winning of the Edison prize in innovation in 2012.
Law changes, experience in pos-systems and a network of possystem creators gave a unique opportunity. He used this opportunity and all collected skills to co-found a startup which unifies different regulations related to cash transactions all over Europe behind a single interface. This solution is rolling out all over Europe in a big scale, and the company is on the way to an agile enterprise.
